Your engagements are the input. Status is derived from the dates: engaged, upcoming or past. Benchless shows how many weeks are left to the bench and where the gaps are.

01What does it cost?

Benchless is free during the beta, and you do not need a card. A paid tier will come. You get notice before anything is charged.

02What data is stored, and where?

What you enter yourself: engagements, tasks, deliverables, time entries, simulations, and your company's owners and employees. The data is stored in a database at Supabase. The region and other sub-processors are listed in the privacy policy.

03Does Benchless handle time and invoices?

Time, yes: you log time against your engagements to sharpen the forecast, and Benchless can produce an invoice message as plain text to paste into your accounting tool. Invoices, no: Benchless never creates, numbers or sends an invoice.

04Who is Benchless for?

Owner-run Swedish consultancies that sell time. First the solo aktiebolag (limited company), then co-owned firms and firms making their first hires.

05How do you calculate?

Figures follow the SE-2026 rules and cover a single year. The examples are calculated without saved utdelningsutrymme (dividend space) from earlier years. The löneunderlag (salary base) is approximated with the fiscal year's salaries, and the return tax on the kapitalförsäkring (endowment insurance) behind a direktpension (company-funded pension promise) is not included. Guidance, not advice.
